Our Scotch-Brite Premium Blend and Finish Bonded Cleaning Brush Steel Core cleans and deburrs a variety of hard metals. Its a heavy-duty abrasive designed to deburr edges and cutouts, provide edge break and slight edge rounding, finish and clean substrates of mild surface contaminants from metal sheet or coil.
Aluminum oxide mineral cuts sharp but leaves a soft scratch pattern. Ideal for deburring, cleaning, finishing and surface preparation. Open web resists loading, contributing to longer abrasive service life. Open web responds to surface irregularities without altering geometry of the part. Resin bonded on steel core for increased durability. Resists deflection under heavy pressure. Steel core helps minimize brushs tendency to yield or deflect on the workpiece
