Our Scotch-Brite HS Premium Blend and Finish Disc aggressively tackles weld burns and scratch refinement, deburring and rust removal leaving a consistent finish on the workpiece. The result is a beautifully blended, burr-free finish.
Available in a range of grades, A CRS (brown), A MED (dark brown) and A VFN (maroon). Discs can be used individually or stacked on a straight shaft tool or bench motor for a broader cleaning surface. Great flexibility and conformability for weld burn removal, deburring, blending, finishing and rust removal while leaving a consistent finish. Higher grade aluminum oxide mineral adds efficiency to removal of weld burns, small burrs, and rust. Load resistant open web construction provides extended use. Springy fibers conform to irregular surfaces with uniform results. Superior durability and cut make the disc long-lasting
