- Heavy duty hinge, designed to bolt onto the gate post and weld onto the gate frame.
- This hinge is ideal for situations where in-the-field welding is not an option.
- High-temperature sealed bearings.
- Safe to powder coat with hinges installed on gate.
- Two sealed roller bearings (no greasing necessary).
- Slotted yoke for up to 1/2″ adjustability between the gate and post.
- Hinge mounting plates measure approximately 7-1/2″ x 1-1/2″.

- Maximum gate weight: 600 lbs (270kg)
Steel Body Model:
- Load rating per gate: 2,000 lbs (900kg)
- Maximum gate weight: 1,000 lbs (450kg)
To achieve listed weight ratings:
- It is necessary to employ standard and acceptable welding practices.
- Grade 5 or better bolts must be used for attachment.
- Note: we do not stock grade 5 or better bolts, they must be purchased from your local hardware store.
