Made exclusively for Gongs Unlimited, our line of Subatomic Gongs is the perfect option to add to your collection of sound healing instruments. Subatomics are to our Chau Gong as the black keys on a piano are to the white. The Subatomic creates a more mystical tone when struck with a complex mixture of harmonics and overtones. Often, striking it in the different concentric rings will give you a slightly different tone each time, adding to the mystique of these gongs.
This 24″ Subatomic Gong, closely related to the Chau gong, comes with an extra lathed ring. An extra ring of shining bronze means an extra layer of shining sound. So the Subatomic Gong holds a deep low tone, the strong rumble that gets your cells vibrating. Then it ascends, expands into tones and shimmers a bit faster than a traditional Chau.
It is its own sound, a Subatomic sound that will get all of you vibrating and ready for whatever happens to come next. We just don’t know what it will be. But you will be ready.

The 26″ Subatomic Gong radiates subatomic particles of sound. Splashing around. Concentric circles guide and spin. When, oh when, will you hit that gong again?! Dude. This is the effect of the Subatomic gong. You think you’ve heard a gong before, but when you hear the Subatomic gong it makes you wonder.
How is that extra flavor created? Why would one extra lathed ring on the outside make such a difference? This gong is outside the box. It has the classic deep, but controlled crash like the Chau gong. But instead the sound vibrating through a dark rim, the sound flies, splashes, zips out of the shining lathed edge. Yes, the Subatomic gong has an edge.

You cannot get the 28″ Subatomic Gong elsewhere!
At least we hope not. It is specially made, co-designed with us, at Gongs Unlimited by outside the mainstream gongmakers in China. This is why it is slightly more than the regular Chau Gong. The 28″ Subatomic Gong is descended from the heavens like a healing rain after a spell of drought times. It is full bodied and deep, and creates tones that are not found on a regular chau.
Blues, purples, turquoise and lavenders can help you create a sonic field for your healing clients, or your business. This is a gong that is not afraid of fear or of loosening thought patterns in your music and composition. Each ring can create unique tones and volumes. Expect this gong to shine and be compelling in ways beyond these internet flavors when you get it to your home or office.
