Our extra hard Standard Abrasives 900 Series Unitized Block is the most dense and aggressive block in our Standard Abrasives Unitized Block line. The 15? x 15? non-woven abrasive block is engineered with the highest level of toughness and edge durability for effective removal of challenging burrs and efficient polishing of harder metals. The block can be cut and customized for a range of uses.
15? x 15? block with varying thickness can be converted to a custom size or shape and used for hand sanding or mounted to a tool. Aluminum oxide mineral is a good match for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including aluminum. Extra hard density block with medium to coarse mineral results in superior edge deburring and polishing. Harder material density and increased edge durability over 800 Series Unitized Block increases cut and life for heavy-duty tasks and hard metals. Open web features nylon strands that will not melt or smear when heated, reducing potential for unwanted marks and blemishes. Open web is load resistant, contributing to longer abrasive service life
