3M Double Coated Tape 97001 is a polyester (PET) film tape coated on both sides with high tack acrylic adhesive. The .5 mil film carrier adds stability for easier handling, and a 74-lb. polyester carrier makes for easier processing. This double sided tape is specifically designed for permanent bonding on low surface energy substrates including foams, plastics and metals.

Offers good resistance to oils, chemicals, oxidation, high temperatures, humidity and UV. Permanent bonds to polyolefins, papers, vinyls, foam carbonates and metals.
