3M Double Linered Double Coated Tape 7953 is a membrane switch product designed with a polycoated kraft paper liner and acrylic adhesive on one side of a clear polyester film carrier. We engineered this membrane switch product with 3M 200MP High Performance Acrylic Adhesive, an adhesive with exceptional adhesion and resilience.
Clear polyester carrier brightens overlays and key pads, eliminating need for floodcoat. Double linered, 3.5 mil thick double linered, double coated tape aids in separation of switch circuitry until actuation. Easily die-cutable, featuring clean application. High shear strength withstands repeated stresses of switch actuation and resists slippage and edge lifting. Moisture stable liner for easy, layflat processing. Outstanding adhesion to metal and high surface energy (HSE) plastics. Provides short term repositionability for placement accuracy
