3M Cloth Belt 384F is a general-purpose aluminum oxide cloth-backed belt recommended for metal deburring, general metalworking, and some woodworking applications. It is optimized for use on mild steel and carbon steel, and is also effective on softer metals like aluminum, bronze and brass.
Aluminum oxide abrasive mineral offers reliable performance and performs well on many substrates. Choose from grades 36+ to 220+ and P320 to P400. General purpose belt delivers consistent, reliable performance on a wide range of substrates. Polyester waterproof backing holds up for wet and dry applications. Resin bond withstands high heat and pressure. Suitable for use on a backstand or benchtop belt sander and for stroke sanding, portable belt grinding, and wide belt grinding and finishing.
